Summer of 69

Head Chef Tim Brindley celebrated summer with some of the best ingredients beginning with P - peaches, pomelo and peas!

 

From 15 January to 29 February, guests enjoyed our special ‘Summer of 69’ menu – 4-courses for $69 per person.

 

The menu was available for lunch every day and Wednesday dinners.
