The Spring menu planted in our kitchen garden 3 months ago, harvested this morning, cooked to perfection right now.

From our garden we are cooking with cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, beetroot, leeks. We are also using an abundance of salad ingredients daily including lettuce, spinach, radish, red vein sorrel and Italian parsley.

The famous Chiswick Lamb is sourced from the Moran Family farm, located on the Central Tablelands and is now at its peak.
