The Archibald Dining Package

This year we will be collaborating with a selection of finalists in the Archibald exhibition on our Dining Package Menu. Head Chef Tim Brindley will create dishes inspired by the artist’s stories, journeys and life stories.

 

As the artists were only announced last week, we have yet to finalise the dishes. We are busy reaching out to them and learning about what has inspired them throughout their careers. We are so excited to start this collaboration and we are so excited to start sharing them with all our guests. 

 

The price of the dining package also includes a $2 donation towards the National Centre for Indigenous Excellence
 

Please enjoy a choice of one main, one dessert, and a glass of wine 
or beer, plus one ticket to the Archibald, Wynne and Sulman Prize.
